I have 80 acres adjacent to a national forest. My gate is approximately 1/4 mile from my house. My driveway winds through heavily wooded areas and around a small lake to my house. I have needed a long range driveway alert system that would transmit through heavy forest. I have been extremely pleased with the performance of this system. I have had very few "false alarms". I suspect that they were deer or coyotes.
