Channel 1 of the DVR was broken out of box and one of the cameras wouldn't work. I waited for 47 minutes on the phone to speak with tech support. They wouldn't replace the broken units and made ME pay for the shipping to return the unit for repairs. Oh, and the installation instructions are awful.See all 6 customer reviews...
